Project: The Cloud – New Office Fit-out

Devar have the pleasure in announcing that we have been awarded the new office fit-out project for ‘The Cloud’ located within Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi.
Yas Mall is a renowned landmark in Abu Dhabi which is located beside leisure and entertainment offerings of both Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World.
The world class complex is owned by Aldar Properties PJSC who is the leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi.
Their new office will be located in units 59 & 60 within the complex and will provide over 22,000 ft2 of office space.
The project will encompass a cementitious ‘corner lock’ panel system to the office area and will accept a range of floor finishes such as carpet, LVT and marble.
Our proprietary HPL heavy grade panel system will be installed in their I.T. rooms.
Supply and Installation of the project will commence this April 2020.
