Devar are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the raised access floor contract for co-working space provider ‘WeWork’. Their new offices will be located within Tech Hub71 in Abu Dhabi and will occupy 3 floors within the building providing 5,388 m2 of office space.
Supply and Installation will commence this October 2019 utilising our HPL panel system to server rooms and a Medium Grade corner lock panel system to general office area. There will be a range of floor finishes applied ranging from carpet, timber, vinyl and stone.
Located in Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Hub71 is part of Ghadan 21 – a Dh50 billion investment stimulus fund launched last September by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the U.A.E. Armed Forces.
