The raised access floor system will range from a 150mm FFH up to 1200mm FFH and will fully utilise our DHG760 Heavy Grade Corner Lock System which will accept a range of finishes including marble and stone.
The flooring system will require a specialist understructure to include a stringer bar and cross bracing design as the floor system will be trafficked by scissor lifts for maintenance during its lifespan.
It contains GFA 17,000 sqm of floor area which will accommodate household high end designer brands such a Valentino, IWC, Bottega Veneta, and Gucci to name but a few!
This will mark our first contract working under Chun Wo, Macau and furthers our growth in expanding throughout the South East Asian market using our unique Devar branded raised access flooring system.
