We had been awarded the supply and installation contract for the raised access flooring works at the new “Project Oxygen” office building based at Summerfield Developments‘ prestigious Exeter Business Park. The building was designed by Broadway Malyan architects who specified the Devar system.
The specification called for our DMG 670 medium grade system utilising the Genesis 1 pedestal.
The contract had been awarded to us by Midas Group. This marked our first business partnership with them. Installation of the works ommenced early April 2011 with the building providing over 4,300m2 of modern office accommodation over four floors.
The building has been acquired by the statistical research consultancy experts ATASS Ltd who will occupy this building as their new headquarters.
