The project is due to start January 2018 and we will be providing 82,882 sq. ft. of both our HPL flooring solution as well as our bare face DMG670 corner lock system ready to accept a carpet tile finish.
Marriott International’s regional office for Middle East and Africa have secured space comprising of 84,831 sq. ft. within the complex and are expected to take occupancy in early Q2 2018.
Marriott International will be the first company with a dual license in the free-zone, operating with both an on-shore and off-shore licenses.
Central Park Towers is home to some well-known brands like Spinneys and Starbucks, as well as unique and new-to-Dubai brands such as Barry’s Boot Camp, a popular American fitness franchise; Fogo de Chao, a Brazilian steakhouse brand from the USA; Café Frei, an international coffee house; Nina’s Boutique, a niche floral design company, Bombay Shirt Company, bespoke shirt tailoring and Poke & Co, a trendy healthy eatery.
