We are delighted to introduce our product into this “Platinum LEED” pre certified and BCA Green Mark Platinum certified building where energy consumption has been reduced as much as 35% as well as water efficiency features such as rainwater harvesting for landscape irrigation and toilet flushing use.
The raised access floor system ranged from a 150mm FFH up to 500mm FFH utilising our DMG670 Medium Grade Corner Lock Support System accepting both a carpet finish at general office area as well as our HPL finished panels within the UPS, MER and SER rooms.
The 500mm FFH HPL flooring system requires a stringer bar understructure for improved lateral stability.
We will also be providing our perforated HPL panel with damper that will provide adjustment and allow up to a 22% opening outflow.
