We are delighted to announce that the Devar Access Floor system has been specified as part of the major refurbishment works being carried out to the prestigious Henrietta House office development in west London.

 

The Henrietta House complex building comprises of 7 floors providing over 9000m2 of office space.

 

The installation of Raised Access Flooring is due to commence in January 2011.

 

The installation works are being carried out by Devar approved installation contractor Broadway MalyanLevel 1 Raised Flooring Ltd headed up by Mr Andrew Kemp. They are working as a subcontractor to the Main Contractor for the works 8 Build. This marks our first business partnership deal with both companies.

 

The Architect/Client for the project is CB Richard Ellis of London who are moving to Henrietta House as part of their head office relocation.

 

The project specification calls for the supply of Devar DMG 670 panels, a calcium sulphate medium grade corner lock access floor system, and is also utilising our proprietary Genesis 1 pedestal.
