Project: Google – New Office Fit-out

Devar are proud to announce that we been awarded the new Google Office fit-out project located within Dubai Internet City.
The office will be located within the Innovation Hub Building 2 and will occupy levels 4 & 5 providing over 5,000 m2 of office space.
The project will encompass a ‘gravity lay’ galvanised calcium sulphate panel system to the office area accepting a range of floor finishes such as carpet, HPL and LVT.
In addition to the main office area our HPL heavy grade panel system will be installed in their three I.T. rooms.
The Google Innovation Hub is providing the UAE’s first state-of-the-art educational environment aiming to house 50,000 I.T. professionals once complete.
The 1.8 million square feet hub will consist of office, retail and hotel accommodation.

Supply and Installation of the project will commence this February 2020.
