Devar are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by EquiLend Holdings LLC to design and build their new Hong Kong Headquarters.
The project encompasses our own proprietary Devar Access Floor system to the office area and server room, Devar hallum Partitioning system utilizing our switchable smart glass, Panduit Structured Cabling, CISCO Network equipment, Server racking and UPS system.
The office design required custom built cupboards, pantry fit-out and a special bespoke feature wall at the Main Entrance.
A range of floor finishes were applied throughout including carpet and vinyl.

The aim of the group was to look for ways to optimize efficiency in the securities finance industry by developing a standardized and centralized global platform for trading and post-trade services.
The result of this was the birth of EquiLend Holdings LLC which was formed in 2001, with the platform going live in 2002.
Since its’ inception more than 100 firms globally leverage EquiLend’s suite of services.
